Fritatta
A great way to clean out your refrigerator. Using a variety of ingredients and eggs and cheese, you can make a beautiful frittata that can stand alone as a meal or be a delicious side dish. This is one of the quickest meals you can fix, and if you are starving, dinner can be ready in 10 minutes.

Nothing says home like soup and once you taste your homemade soup and see how easy it is to make, you will never go back to canned soup.
